Standard Boat Inspection - £300
This mobile service means that our technicians will carry out the inspection at your boats current location*. It is a visual check of the interior and exterior of the boat including all systems, equipment and fittings. This inspection excludes everything below the waterline.
Full Boat Inspection - £700
The full boat inspection includes a lift out, pressure wash, below waterline inspection, relaunch, as well as all interior and exterior items in the standard boat inspection.
This service is offered at 3 sites on the River Hamble (Port Hamble, Universal Marina and Mercury Yacht Harbour).
Rig Inspection - £190
Regular checks of your mast, spars, standing and running rigging are essential to avoid any nasty surprises while you’re afloat. The HYS rig inspection is a visual check of everything above decks. Our mobile rigging professionals will visit your boat* and after a few hours on board will have everything they need to send you photos and full written report.

Rig Inspection
Rig Inspections can only be done with the boat in the water and alongside a dock. Rig Inspections cannot be done while the boat is out of the water. This inspection is compiled following a visual check. Inspection is for the boat owner only and is not transferable. It cannot be used to raise finance or insurance for the vessel. Boats that are not lying between Poole and Chichester may be subject to additional charges.
Standard & Full Boat Inspection
This inspection is not a structural survey and is compiled following a visual check only of the boat and its equipment. Inspection is for the boat owner only and is not transferable. It cannot be used to raise finance or insurance for the vessel. For standard boat inspections boats that are not lying between Poole and Chichester may be subject to additional charges.
